Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy in brief: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions
An item may be exchanged if all of the following conditions are met:

| Packaging | In original packaging with return label still attached |
| Category | Not a sale item and not purchased with a discount code |
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale items (final sale)
- Items purchased with a discount coupon > 30%
- Custom orders (custom dye, custom embroidery)
- ButterMe Up pastries and food items (food safety)
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except:
- Wrong item received (different shade or size than ordered)
- Item damaged upon arrival (defect)
- Missing components (e.g. pin, label, packaging)
For the above cases, we will reimburse return shipping costs up to RM15.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email [email protected] within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product in its original condition
- Reason for exchange + requested replacement shade/size
- Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with a return form.
- Send the item to the address provided.
- Once the product is received and verified, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
