Membership & Account
How do I become a #tulinmember?
Register on the account page (click Join Now in the footer or the person icon in the header). You will receive an OTP via WhatsApp for verification, and your account is active in under a minute.
Do I need to register to purchase?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, #tulinmembers enjoy: order tracking, access to ready-stock notifications, reward points on every purchase, and early access to limited drops.
I forgot my password — what now?
We do not use passwords — login is always via WhatsApp OTP to your registered phone number. Always secure, always fast.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept several secure payment methods:
- Online banking (FPX) via Billplz
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Billplz
- E-wallet (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) via Billplz
- BNPL (Atome, GrabPayLater, MyIou, Shopback) via PayHalal
- QRIS Indonesia (Online Banking & e-Wallet)
- NETS Singapore (DBS, POSB, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, HSBC, SC)
All transactions are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For international cards, your card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee.
I have a discount code but cannot redeem it?
Four possibilities:
- The code has expired.
- It is a single-use code that has already been redeemed.
- The code is from an unofficial source (we only send codes to #tulinmembers).
- Specific code conditions (minimum spend, product category) have not been met.
Order & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment. Delivery takes 3–7 working days within Malaysia (J&T Express). Singapore & Indonesia 5–10 working days.
I forgot to add something — can I add it after checkout?
Unfortunately not. Please place a new order — the second shipping charge may be waived if you contact us before the first order is dispatched.
My order was cancelled automatically — why?
Usually because the payment gateway failed. If funds were already deducted from your account, contact us immediately with a screenshot of the transaction.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account → My Orders → click the tracking number to go to J&T Express. You will also receive WhatsApp notifications at each status update (packing, shipped, delivered).
Returns & Restocks
Does TULiN restock sold-out shades?
It depends on demand and stock availability. Register as a #tulinmember and enable notifications on the product to be informed when a restock is available.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving the item — the product must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
