Every pastry is handcrafted using recipes curated by our small team. Callebaut Belgian cocoa, Golden Churn butter, and quality local flour — assembled with patience to produce buttercakes and pastries that invite you to pause and savour.
We are not an ordinary bakery. We are a patisserie — disciplined, refined, and cared for.
Our Approach
Dough is fermented for a minimum of 72 hours for deep, complex flavour.
Callebaut chocolate, Golden Churn butter, Tatua sour cream, Madagascar vanilla.
Baked fresh in small batches every day — sold out means sold out.
